Two criminals were apprehended after Sonitrol notified law enforcement they had audio verification that someone was inside Bulkeley High School on Wethersfield Avenue, officials said.  About two weeks later, arresting officers, Justin Nelson and Kevin Small, were honored for their efforts with certificates at a roll call. The Hartford dispatcher, Joseph Boulette, also received an award from Sonitrol.
