During the week of May 9th, SONITROL held its second annual Virtual Training event, drawing in hundreds of SONITROL employees across the country for product training sessions. This event consisted of several hour-long courses regarding SONITROL's latest products for Sales, Technicians, Operators, Marketing, and Admin personnel.
Technicians and Operators were trained on SONITROL's latest product solutions, including the Touchscreen Keypad, 3xLOGIC VIGIL CLOUD, and the most current SONITROL Central Station software and solutions.
Marketing and Admin sessions were also offered, teaching the latest in SONITROL Brand Marketing best practices and Nation Account information. The SONITROL brand has severely evolved since 2016, with new and attractive photography, website, brand guidelines, tone of voice, and more.
In summary, the Virtual Training event was a great success in offering product training to our Franchise and corporate-owned branches so they can best serve our customers with the latest and cutting-edge technology that SONITROL has to offer.
